Order Processing

Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT+2 South Africa Standard Time) may begin processing on the same business day where possible.

Delivery Timeframes

Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days
Shipping Time: 1–2 Business Days
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 2–5 Business Days

Delivery times may vary depending on customer location, courier availability, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Fee

We offer a flat rate delivery fee of R475 across South Africa.

We currently deliver throughout South Africa. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring someone is available to receive the order upon delivery.
